The practice of yoga improves flexibility, strength and concentration. These yoga classes are suitable for beginners or experienced.

Bob trained as a Satyananda Yoga Teacher with Swamis from the Satyananda tradition having first received teacher training from Scottish Yoga Teachers’ Association. He teaches all of the key practices of Satyananada Yoga including postures, breathing, concentration, meditation, relaxation practices including yoga nidra, and yoga philosophy. He teaches classes, courses, retreats and gives personal tuition. He also teaches those with special needs.
